Meet Brian and Jill Rosnell
Brian is a business development professional, with proven Australasian experience in business coaching, training, consulting and mentoring, including system development, project management and process / quality improvement. He has an extensive retail background managing an 82 store network across New Zealand, as well as national merchandise and category management for a 400 store network.
With many years spent establishing, owning and operating his own successful business ventures, Brian has also worked in a corporate environment significantly improving numerous market sectors and business outcomes.
Brian has a passion for improving business performance and for developing tools and systems to improve staff learning and buy-in. He enjoys working with passionate people who really want to make a difference, People who want to see their own business grow and develop, so they can be better off, financially, mentally and physically.

Brian enjoys boating, fishing, gardening and golf (although you wouldn’t believe it if you saw him play). He is also keen on classic cars and enjoys good food and wine (too much of both at times). As an old rugby player, he still enjoys the game as well as following the Warriors league.
He is married to Jill, and they have two adult children. Jill works in the business offering specific areas of her many years experience in business and office administration, and more particularly in the field of HR, where she was previously HR manager for a large construction company.
Jill has the same interests as Brian (which is fortunate) although she is a much better fisher person than Brian, constantly out catching him on any fishing occasion.
Jill is a very well organised person, (as are most wives) and keeps all aspects of business administration and operation ticking along on a daily basis, as well as responding to many client requests for advice and guidance.
